I guess my username gives it away, but I do in fact love the Bruins more than life itself. I've been around these parts under different usernames before, but I'm officially saying hello. My name is Steph. I am 22. I have been a Bruins fan for a solid 20 years. Growing up, I was also into the Red Wings and a few other teams, but I find myself unable to give a crap about anyone but the Bruins now. My favorite Bruins right now are Tim Thomas and Patrice Bergeron...typical, I know. Thomas is the savoir the team needed - a solid goaltender through the season and into the playoffs. He has passion that I love and modesty that brings tears to my eyes everytime I think of him winning that Vezina...Bergeron has been a favorite of mine since his rookie season, and only proves to be more awesome with the the passage of time.

So, I'm being all angry with Hachi as I try to reconstruct a box, and suddenly a 'bomb' goes off outside. I'm like "what the HELL was that?" And I go outside.
Traffic accident. Engine guts everywhere. Somebody's front corner hit somebody's back corner at full speed. Though I can't quite figure out where they were exactly when it all happened, glass says one spot, tire marks say another, and car/car parts are conveniently turned about so you can't tell what direction the disaster car was going. I thiiiink the engine-disaster car sped up to make a left turn as the light went red, and the other car's light turned green, she started to go and got whacked (very young looking girl in that car that got shmucked :x poor thing).
This particular corner of badness right below my window (this isn't the first accident, though it has been the loudest by far) is 'conveniently' located across the street from a medical building, so there was some doctor person out there asap. There was also a maintenance vehicle around that put on it's lights and tried its best to block traffic before the cavilry arrived.
Very interesting thing to watch unfold (though, not good for anyone involved - but everyone "walked" away, even if the walking was to the ambulance). The engine oil or whatever it was ended up slicking all over the road, so the fire crews covered it with a pink powder and swept it up later (there was no fire though, they were just there doing what they do at accidents).
And the six lanes of Jasper Ave traffic were reduced to 2 (and covered with glass at that) just as traffic exploded for the noon hour. Niiiightmare. You can't shut Jasper Ave down even if you needed to.
And now I get to go to work.

The weather websites tell me there is a chance for snow later on this week. They also tell me that it will swing back up to the low 60s/15-16 Celcius by Sunday.

What I did this afternoon:
Every time this happens, I tell myself it would be easier on me in the long run if I consistently washed the dishes after every meal. But, nooooo. I have to be lazy. Laundry next. At least I can some classwork done while that's going on. Sooooooooooob. Thank goodness for sandwiches that don't require plates.

My Jaffar KH Trading Arts figure broke. Epic breaking. Totally my fault cause I knocked him off on accident. Part of his cape chipped off, his hand w/ the lamp broke off, one of the swords broke off (both of the 2 brokens still have their broken 'nubs' in the slots) and the last broken piece got sucked into the vaccume... cause I didn't realize it was missing until just now (I vaccumed something bigger up that was around some cords and went "I wonder what that was?") OOOPS >_<
He should be easy enough to replace, Jaffar isn't exactly the most popular figure, so he's cheap and easy to get (YOU DIRTY WHORE) but... :( STILL SAD TRACY MUFFIN.
PETE FELL OFF TOO, the rotten bastard didn't even get scratched (Jaffar looks like Aladdin beat him up). Irony laughs at that, cause I have a duplicate Pete in a box somewhere *eyeroll*
;_; Jaffar is the worst to suffer the wrath of moving. Cloud's fingers were never reattached from my last move (LOL they kinda hang out next to him on the shelf) and my heartless's left antena is still severed. That was one of my more favourite ones too :/ the heartless one. Stooopid heartless breaking.

And other than this sad little moment of ";_;" from me... I've done nothing but clean clean clean and draw today (and go out for breakfastlunch). I also feel like I'm coming down with something... it would explain why I've been SO EXHAUSTED all day.

And maybe someday I'll get around to posting all of these little sketches I've been doing.

The single most moving piece of music I have ever heard. It almost makes me cry every time I hear it. It represents change, getting older, life moving on with time.
I like the way the incorporated the watercolors into it.
